27.10.2024 Intimation of difference between names
M is the first, the “hard”, the direct strike against the binary. One of the first radical cuts i made, an intense incision into my body in order to change it past the attributes that had been imposed on it-me previously. An incision that allowed new flows of queer becoming to burst from the body-i-become. Those flows, new, rapid and at times rough met a collection of flows from my past and present: a/the family flow, a/the italian flow. And the entangling of all said flows, brought forth Emme. A less direct strike against my initial target, but one imbued with a bit more of the tenderness of compromise and the intimacy of others trying to care. That is a difference i think to intimate* between them: M and Emme, two of my many names. And for now, i intend to use-live that difference accordingly.
